Die Geissens Real Estate LLC is expanding and we are looking for a hands-on Developer Communication Operator to support our day-to-day coordination with developers and partners.
This is not a typical real estate coordination role.
We operate at the intersection of luxury real estate, social media and TV production – backed by Germany’s most recognized reality TV family.
– Communicate daily with developers regarding projects and availability
– Request and follow up on brochures and price lists
– Maintain structured project records
– Coordinate internally with sales and marketing teams
– Ensure fast and reliable information flow
– Strong communication skills (English required)
– Highly organized and detail-oriented
– Fast, reliable and execution-focused
– Comfortable with repetitive tasks
– CRM experience is a plus
– AI tools familiarity is a plus
– Fluent English (required)
– Arabic is a plus
– German is a plus
