What you will really own

Your scope in this role

  • Process and qualify incoming leads from WhatsApp, email, forms and campaigns.
  • Assign leads efficiently to agents and keep routing clean and structured.
  • Maintain CRM data, follow-up tracking and pipeline visibility.
  • Support the sales team by making sure no lead gets lost.
